Grayland's
What started out to be a relatively simple project has grown here, and we have been happy to look after our very good friends at Graylands hospital for a few years now, Advanced Building Controls were initially engaged to upgrade some controls for the operation and monitoring of sewerage pumps as the hospital failed to find a company to undertake this work.
This project was carried out successfully, and has since expanded, we are in the process of expanding our Web based system, to provided alarm monitoring and paging services to engineers that are on call.
Not only does our system monitor sewerage pumps, but also fridges and freezers in the main kitchens (this includes door and temperature status), medical storage fridges and fire alarm status.

Our system know's how long a fridge/freezer door has been opened, and propagates any alarm direct to an internal 3G modem.
Alarms are also forwarded via email, even weekly temperature data logs are sent direct to the Kitchen manager on a weekly basis
