• Minimum charges 4 Hours at standard hourly rate

• Normal working hours 8:00am <> 4:00pm Mon to Fri

• All out of hours work charged at fixed standard hourly rate plus 50%

• All equipment/materials supplied charged at cost (our discount) plus 15%

• NO Works proceed without an official order

• All payments are strictly on 30 day payment terms from invoice date

• Additional charges apply for works requiring overnight or working away

• All charges are exclusive of GST (charged at the current 10%) 

• DDC installation charges include complete installation of point, it does not include any devices of DDC controls or enclosures

• Discounts can be applied for long term contract works subject to requirements
